Asparagus with Bacon & Parmesan

1 Bunch of Asparagus

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

8 Slices of Crispy Bacon

1/2 Cup of Shaved/Grated Parmesan


  1. Preheat oven to 450 °F

  2. Add oil, salt, pepper and asparagus to a zip-lock bag and shake until asparagus is fully coated.

  3. Place on baking tray and roast for 10 minutes.

Thanksgiving 2019

Next time, pay more attention to the size of the bacon bits. Smaller would have worked better.


 

Christmas 2019

Next time, try roasting them on a cookie tray to get them crispier & use the bacon grease instead of olive oil to reinforce the flavor.
