2 lbs Beef

2 Onions

4 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp chili Powder

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp dried oregano

2 tbsp cumin

2 tbsp sugar

4 (14.5) oz cans stewed tomatoes

l (15 oz) can tomato sauce

l (15 oz) can kidney beans

  1. Saute beef, onions and garlic in a large stockpot

  2. Stir in chili powder, salt, oregano, sugar, tomatoes

  3. Cook for 1 hr

  4. Stir in beans and simmer, uncovered for 20 mins

  5. Serve w/ sour cream and grated cheese
