Crunchy Fish Triangles

Fish bites sized for little toddler hands to dip (and launch across the room)


Ingredients


1/2 pound of tilapia fillets

2-3 tablespoons of milk

1/3 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs


Directions


  1. Cut tilapia fillets into 12 triangles.

  2. Pour milk into a bowl.

  3. Dip fillets in milk, and then in bread crumbs.

  4. Arrange the fish triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and spritz them with some vegetable oil.

  5. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily.
