Ingredients
1lb sirloin flap meat
5 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons canola on vegetable oil
l tablespoon of seasoning
Seasoning
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar on red wine vinegar
l tablespoon orange juice
1/4 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 tablespoon ground mustard
1/4 tbsp mustard seed
1/8 tbsp granulated garlic
1/8 tbsp granulated garlic
1/8 tbsp granulated onion
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp Black pepper
1/4 tbsp coarse Black Pepper
Marinate for 3-5 days
